It depends on the plan and how quickly we get your details. As a guide, a Shikara site takes about [1 week], Houseboat about [2 to 3 weeks] and Chinar about [4 weeks].

We're based in Srinagar and focus on businesses across Kashmir. If you're outside Kashmir, send us a message and we'll tell you if we can help.

We have three plans: Shikara (one page) for ₹8,000, Houseboat (up to 8 pages) for ₹15,000, and Chinar (10 or more pages) for ₹25,000. Compare the plans.

Pay the full price before we start and we take 10% off. For example, Houseboat costs ₹13,500 instead of ₹15,000.

You pay half when we start and the other half when your website is ready to go live.

No. The price you see is the price for building your website. Domain and hosting are included with Houseboat and Chinar. Monthly care is a separate service, and you only pay for it if you want it.

Yes, with Houseboat and Chinar [for the first year]. With Shikara, we can set them up for you at an extra cost.

We'll remind you before your domain and hosting are due for renewal. Renewal costs [₹X per year].

Yes. Mention it when you contact us, and we'll connect your existing domain to your new website.

Yes. We show you how your website will look first. We only start building once you're happy with it.

A round of changes after you see your design, like a different colour, layout or photo. Shikara has no revisions, Houseboat includes [2] rounds, and Chinar has unlimited revisions.

With Chinar, yes. You get a simple editor to change text and photos. With Shikara and Houseboat, send us your changes and we'll make them for you.

With Chinar, we write all the words for you. For other plans, copywriting is available as a separate service.

We look after your website every month: updates, backups, security checks and small changes. You just send us a message when you need something.

Every plan includes a basic Google search setup. Chinar sets up every page for search and adds your business to Google Maps. Nobody can promise the top spot on Google, but we make sure Google can find and understand your site.
